Let’s light up Brookside!
Collection of 2022 BCA dues is officially underway, and this year there’s a brand new incentive to pledge your support: FREE luminaries!
This December we are encouraging residents to light up Brookside for our Sleigh Ride (Dec. 11) and Christmas Eve with luminaries. Our goal is to make participating as easy and affordable as possible by offering prepared luminary kits for order.
Each kit contains the following supplies for 10 luminaries:
- 20 white paper bags (enough to set out for 2 nights in case of moisture damage)
- 10 battery-powered tea light candles
- 10 sand bag weights pre-sealed to proper weight and dimensions
Residents can purchase as many kits as they would like at a cost of $5 per set of 10. As a special thank you to those who financially support the BCA, your first set of 10 luminaries is FREE when you pay your 2022 dues by Nov. 14!
PLUS, your dues (just $40 per household with our early bird rate) will fund all our important BCA activities for 2022, including:
- Entrance maintenance, lighting, and upgrades
- In-person and online neighborhood events, contests, and giveaways
- Website and newsletter communications
- Annual scholarship
- Welcome kits for new residents
- Insurance, operating costs, and more!
